Headed from White Yolk's place it took about 30 minutes ride to the market which located near Punnaviti BTS station. It was a good choice that we took the bike cuz damn! The traffic around that area was pretty jammed. Anyway, when we arrived first thing first, we needed to eat. Walked straight to the food section and wow! There were actually many food trucks, trolly and food stands everywhere. It took us almost 30 minutes to actually decided where to stop for a quick dinner. So many quality food. Some of them came from a very well known restaurant in the centre of Bangkok like Oyster Bar etc.
The market gave a really cozy, chill family atmosphere. It turned out to be a great Sunday evening after all! Bangkok is a city full of lights, there are so many things to see, do and experience. A city with diverse cultures. Trust me, you will never get bored here ;)
Concert with live bands in the market giving a relax/ friendly atmosphere.
Standing hotdog!! 1 for 80 BHT or 2 Euro! How cool is this idea! But I think he needs a portable fan tho lol
Our meal. Of course White Yolk would go for Pork Chop :P

They really recommended Choco to try out their "Pignature" cocktail. Well, Brick house cobbler it is :D
This cocktail house is called The Third Pig. Nice concept! Their actual cocktail bar is at the a Weekend market or AKA Chatuchak Weekend market. Should drop by sometimes ! ;)
Since White Yolk couldn't drink alcohol, a fresh cup of coconut water would do too! Definitely a great choice for refreshment ;) This is only for 40 BHT (1Euro)
On the way back from the market, we made a stop at the airport. Actually this was at the back of the airport it was the runway zone. Look at the scenery! It was just breath taking. We LOVE planes and night lights like this.
Full moon shining bright. Seriously, it was very romantic. Imagine riding a bike on an empty road at night with such a nice scenery. Couldn't get any better!!
Bangkok never sleeps!
Moonlight illuminated. The beauty side of a busy airport. |
